How will I deliver the candidates?
I deliver the candidates resume along with their contact
details. If you provide me with your interview times, I can also schedule the
face to face for you.
I will not use your ATS. If you need candidates to go
through your ATS you will need to have the candidate complete that process after
you confirm they are who you want to proceed forward with. Using your ATS can
slow down the process and also discourage qualified candidates depending on the
ATS you utilize I have found through my years in Human Resources, Recruitment,
and as a Hiring Manager.
