Responsibilities
Join us NOW as our Neurorehab - CTN Department is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! Provides patient care including evaluating patient, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals. Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate treatment and discharge planning. Performs patient clinical care. Serves as resource by sharing expertise and knowledge.

Qualifications
Minimum: 

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Arizona License in professional area.
  • American Heart Association BLS.
Preferred:
  • Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care preferred.
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
  • Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
