The Workforce Productivity Consultant is part of the Risk Services Division, a national consulting division within HUB. As such, the Consultant will be able to work with teams across the country, but will have primary responsibility over several HUB regions. The Consultant will support the team with various projects, sales meetings, and be an integral part of continuously improving and developing our practice.
Develop knowledge in Integrated Absence Management, which spans workers’ compensation, short and long term disability, FMLA, and sick/vacation/PTO.
Conduct analytical evaluations on data received from carriers and employers related to workers’ compensation, short and long term disability, FMLA/leave of absence, and sick/vacation/PTO plans
Build and maintain external networks including vendors, partners, industry resources, etc.
Develop strategy options and evaluation criteria for clients
Develop and implement strategies for clients around absence management
Develop skills in fact-finding, analytic investigation to identify issues and risks
Identify people and systems implications required to enable solutions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from four-year college or university.
Experience with an employer, consulting group, or insurance carrier is preferable (not required)
3-5 years of relevant experience
Ability to travel as needed up to 50%
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of self-motivation and discipline

Required Education: Bachelors degree (4-year degree)
