Atlassian is searching for a Workday Solutions Architect to join our People Technology. In this role, youll get to:

  • Define and champion the long term technology vision for our global Workday environment.
  • Develop solutions and processes that support a rapidly scaling global footprint.
  • Respond to dynamic requirements from the People team and broader business groups.
  • Plan, lead, and facilitate architecture workshops for new Workday modules and optimizations. This would include providing leading practices expertise for global deployments.
  • Work with the Business Systems Analysts and People Team Leads to define the scope of each project via a broader solution/visioning conversation. This would involve multi-functional sessions for Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Recruitment.
  • Translate customer business requirements into solutions with the BSA Leads and assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates, and project timelines with our PM.
  • Complete change impact assessments across functions, ensuring our partners are onboard every step of the journey.
  • Work at both the strategic and operational level to address issues and gaps to reduce the impact to our partners in the business.
  • Provide functional oversight to ensure there is a consistent approach across each functional workstream and to facilitate activities with the QA Lead that have a multi-functional impact such as testing preparation, tenant build preparation.
  • Conduct future strategy sessions with the People Technology Manager, BSA Leads, PM and the People Team to develop long term roadmaps.

More about you:

  • You have multiple Workday certifications and have experience leading in at least three Workday disciplines.
  • You possess a detailed understanding of the Workday product suite and core multi-functional features like security, business process framework, data migration.
  • You have experience deploying Workday globally.
  • You have developed relationships and established yourself as a trusted advisor to your team and other clients
  • You have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • You effectively communicate with different functional partners (both technical and non-technical) at all levels of an organization.
  • Present to the C-level
  • You have demonstrable ability to build, lead and cultivate a collaborative environment
  • You have excellent leadership and management skills
  • You have rigorous and uncompromising attention to detail
  • Youre outstanding with your follow-through capabilities
